Placing the order was easy. Received good communication from the company as to my order status. They give you a card to do a color match and it is a match. They sent links to assist in the process to ensure you are successful in your paint touch ups. I haven't had a chance to actually do the touch ups due to weather issues on my day off. They can't control the weather, but I am confident if I have troubles I can reach out to them.

Having never really tried to do any kind of painting project on a vehicle, I was a bit apprehensive. Our class A motorhome had several areas on the rear cab where the clear coat was pealing and after talking with several dealers about getting it fixed, I decided I could do it a whole bunch cheaper. I found the web site for PaintScratch, which I found very easy to use as well as informative on how to repair the issue. I ordered the full spray can kit for my color code and once I had a nice day to the work, I found it to be pretty easy to do following the directions supplied. In the end I wound up with what I would say is a good finish. I went into the project with the mindset that I couldn't make it any worse but I never expected it to turn out looking close to new.
