If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
All return, replacement, and refund requests must be submitted through the form below within 75 days of your order date.
Include clear photos when they help show the problem. Do not mail anything back unless we ask you to.
Custom-mixed paint
Our paint is mixed after you place your order. We mix it using the vehicle year, make, model, and color code shown on your order.
That means your paint is made just for your order. It is not pulled off a shelf, and we cannot take it back and sell it to someone else.
You are allowed to open the paint and test it. That is how you check whether the color is right.
If we discover that we cannot make the color you ordered, we will refund your order.
What we cover
You can submit a request if:
- the paint color does not look right on your vehicle
- the paint has the wrong look, such as glossy when the order was for flat or matte
- the paint arrived leaking, damaged, or unusable
- we sent the wrong product
- something was missing from your order
If the issue is covered, we will either send a replacement or refund your original payment method.
What we do not cover
We cannot refund or replace custom-mixed paint for free when the paint was made correctly based on the order.
This includes cases where:
- the order was placed for the wrong vehicle
- the color selected on the order does not match the color code on your vehicle
- the paint was made correctly, but your vehicle's paint has faded, changed, or been repainted
- the paint was not used according to the directions
- you decide you do not wish to repair your vehicle after we ship the paint
Color match requests
We make your paint using the vehicle year, make, model, and color code shown on your order.
Color names and online color swatches are not enough to confirm the right paint. The color code on your vehicle is what matters.
Vehicle paint can fade, change, or be repainted. Because of that, the paint we make may not match the color currently on the vehicle, even when we made the order correctly.
If the color does not look right, submit the form with a photo of your dried test sample next to your vehicle in natural daylight.
Our paint team will review your order and photos.
If we sent the wrong color, made the paint incorrectly, or sent unusable paint, we will replace it or refund it.
If the paint was made correctly but your vehicle's paint has faded, changed, or been repainted, that is not covered as a paint problem we caused. We may recommend a separate custom hand match, but that is not included as a free replacement.
Accessories and tools
Unused accessories and tools can be returned for a refund within 75 days of your order date. You pay the return shipping.
If an accessory or tool arrives damaged or does not work, submit the form with photos. We will send a replacement or refund your original payment method.
If we refund or replace your custom-mixed paint because of a problem we caused, we will also refund unused accessories from the same order that were bought for that paint repair. This does not apply to used accessories or accessories from a different order.
Shipping and lost packages
Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can slow packages down.
If your package is late, please check the tracking information first. You may also contact the carrier for an update.
If your package appears to be lost, please wait 7 business days after the expected delivery date. Then submit the form below.
Before submitting the form, please check that the shipping address was correct, look for any delivery notes in the tracking, and check with neighbors, your building, or your mailroom.
We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no charge.
If your package arrives damaged, submit the form with photos of the damaged box and damaged items. We will handle the follow-up with the carrier.

Please include:
- your order number or invoice number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos when relevant
For color match requests:
- test the paint on a test card or scrap piece
- let it dry fully
- upload a clear photo showing the dried sample next to your vehicle in natural daylight
For missing-item requests:
- tell us what was missing
- photos are not required
- include a photo of the box, packing slip, or packaging if you have one
For damaged-item requests:
- upload a photo of the damaged item
- upload a photo of the box or packaging if the package was also damaged
What happens next
Most requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
Paint color concerns are reviewed by our paint team. If we need more information, we will contact you.
If the issue is covered, refunds go back to your original payment method and replacements ship when ready.
All requests must be submitted within 75 days of the order date. After that, all sales are final.
